Must Have
5-10 years professional experience, 3+ years management consulting or in-house transformation role, Demonstrated track record delivering change management programmes, Master's degree in Business Administration, Econometrics, Organisational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related field, Eligible to work in the Netherlands
Nice to Have
Certification in change management (e.g. Prosci / ADKAR, APMG Change Management), Dutch language skills
