As a Transformation Management Consultant at Sia Netherlands, you will be a trusted advisor to (senior) client stakeholders designing and delivering end-to-end change programmes that turn strategic ambition into measurable organisational impact. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, people, and technology, guiding organisations through digital transformations, operating model redesigns, mergers & acquisitions, and regulatory-driven change. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Consulting Delivery * Lead and manage complex transformation and change management projects from scoping through execution and benefits realisation. * Develop change strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks tailored to client context and culture. * Design and facilitate stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations. * Build and coach client-side change agent networks to embed sustainable capability. * Manage project workstreams, timelines, budgets, and quality deliverables to agreed standards. Client & Business Development * Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients. * Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and support proposal development for new business. * Represent Sia at industry events, thought-leadership forums, and client workshops.
