Full Job Description
Since its spin-off in September 2025 AUMOVIO continues the business of the former Continental group sector Automotive as an independent company. The technology and electronics company offers a wide-ranging portfolio that makes mobility safe, exciting, connected, and autonomous. This includes sensor solutions, displays, braking and comfort systems as well as comprehensive expertise in software, architecture platforms, and assistance systems for software-defined vehicles. In the fiscal year 2024 the business areas, which now belong to AUMOVIO, generated sales of 19.6 billion Euro. The company is headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany and has about 87.000 employees in more than 100 locations worldwide. * Drive the adoption of lean and agile leadership practices, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration across the organization. * Lead the transformation journey, supporting strategic management and providing a clear reference framework. * Coordinate with Engineering Functional Areas, ensuring collaboration and alignment with transformation goals. * Develop and empower people by promoting learning and supporting skills in transformation and change management processes. * Inspire the organization with a clear vision, minimizing barriers and enabling effective transformation. * Monitor and report key performance indicators to measure transformation impact. ## Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in a related field. * Training in Lean methodologies and other relevant areas. * Fluency in English (written and spoken). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Strong analytical and strategic thinking with experience leading organizational transformations. * Proven ability to influence and inspire across all organizational levels. * Excellent decision-making and change management skills. * Strong focus on collaboration and achieving measurable results. ## Additional Information Ready to take your career to the next level?
