This is an opportunity to operate at the most senior levels of our clients' organisations, partnering with C-suite executives and Boards to shape strategy, influence enterprise-wide outcomes, and lead some of New Zealand's most significant transformation programmes. As a Director, you will do more than oversee delivery. You will help organisations navigate complex change, build trusted executive relationships, grow new opportunities, and contribute to the continued evolution of PwC's transformation practice. We are looking for leaders who want to make a meaningful impact - not only for clients, but also for our people, our practice, and the wider market. Make a substantial impact in the following areas: * **Transformation Leadership and Governance:** Provide executive leadership across major transformation portfolios, setting strategic direction, establishing effective governance, and ensuring programmes deliver sustainable business value. * **Programme Leadership and Advisory: **Act as a trusted advisor to executives and Boards, providing independent challenge, insight, and guidance on programme design, performance, and delivery.
