What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of experience in transformation consulting, management consulting, value consulting, digital strategy, solution consulting, or another customer-facing strategic role, Proven experience working with enterprise customers to facilitate strategic discussions and uncover high-value business opportunities, facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to lead executive conversations and simplify complex ideas into actionable next steps, business acumen, structured thinking, and comfort engaging with both business and technical stakeholders on transformation and AI-related initiatives

Nice to Have

Experience leading art-of-the-possible workshops, executive discovery sessions, or strategic customer engagements, Experience helping customers identify where AI, search, recommendations, or digital experiences can create business value, Experience working with customers in industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, technology, or financial services, Experience creating reusable workshop formats, messaging, or strategic playbooks

Collaborate closely with Sales

and Solution Engineering teams to support strategic customer conversations
