Must Have
end-to-end digital transformation, design, strategy and delivery large-scale business and IT transformation programmes, Demonstrable experience in regulated or high-risk environments, Expertise in change methodologies (PROSCI, ADKAR) and ITIL frameworks, Experience establishing governance, risk management, and control frameworks, Expertise in process analysis and optimisation, Establish robust governance and service readiness to support successful go-lives, Experience in driving user adoption and behavioural change as well as technical delivery, Ability to stabilise services through effective early-life support and continuous improvement, credible stakeholder management and communication skills at senior level, Influential presentational skills
Nice to Have
Experience working with Agile and hybrid delivery models, Knowledge of service integration and multi-vendor environments, Experience with ITSM tooling (ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence), Certifications in ITIL, Change Management, or Project Management (PRINCE2, Agile), Understanding of ISO 19650
