THE ROLE We are hiring a Transformation Associate to partner directly with our Chief Innovation Officer on the most strategic initiatives shaping how Rogo scales inside the world's largest financial institutions. This is a high-visibility, jack-of-all-trades role at the intersection of strategy, customer transformation, and AI rollout. Day one, you will be a true generalist: managing projects, building decks, structuring analyses, and sitting in rooms with senior executives at Rogo and our clients. Over time, this role is the foundation of Rogo's emerging Transformation team - a group that will help the world's leading financial institutions transform themselves in the age of AI.
