Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related discipline, 7+ years in aerospace, defense, or complex manufacturing operations, 3+ years of demonstrated leadership in operational readiness, Lean, and structured problem solving, Track record of stabilizing processes and improving performance through systems, ability to influence without authority and drive cross-functional alignment

Partner with Value Stream Managers
Lead non-recurring efforts for munition acceleration programs and
Drive capital readiness to support rate
Ensure programs have production focused tolerancing and producibility
Build and lead mechanisms that remove defects and
Serve as site’s hub for structured problem-solving
Serve as site’s hub for technical troubleshooting discipline
Serve as site’s hub for defect elimination
Stand up and lead Error Prevention systems
Drive structured problem-solving for high-impact prevent recurrence through
Lead the Lean Support Officer (LSO)
Embed effective Lean governance across all value streams
Develop and coach LSO
Deploy Lean systems that scale
Ensure progress from current state to future state
Serve as a connective leader across all site
Collaborate deeply with Value Stream Managers to ensure
Work with Program Management to translate customer demand
Align with Engineering to influence design decisions that
