**Our Mission** To improve the health of the communities we serve through contemporary, innovative, quality healthcare solutions.. **Schedule: Full-Time Nights _OR_ Part-Time Nights| 36 _OR_ 12 hours per week** **\- 18:45 to 07:15 (6:45 pm to 07:15 am)** **About Us - Nursing Resources** The Nursing Resources team works closely together in a cohesive environment We work alongside charge nurses and leaders to assign staff and patients to appropriate units to ensure the best patient care Our Nursing Resources team consists of Bed Control Specialists, Staffing Coordinators and Direct Call Specialists serving Freeman West and Freeman East **What You’ll Do** The Transfer Center Nurse facilitates safe, efficient patient transfers by triaging clinical data and coordinating bed placement.
