Must Have
8+ years’ experience within Securities Services or Financial Services, with exposure to Transfer Agency, Fund Services, or adjacent asset servicing domains, Experience in Product, Data, or Business roles with responsibility for delivery and stakeholder engagement, Experience operating across regions and working with global stakeholders, Background in data and technology, Experience with business and system process modelling, Experience delivering change in complex, regulated environments, SQL proficiency, Experience with data product development, Experience with data modelling, Experience with analytics, Experience with visualization
Nice to Have
Familiarity with industry integration patterns supporting Transfer Agency and investor servicing, PhD preferred, Specific ML framework experience, Cloud platform certs
What You'll Do.
Contribute to and execute the data product strategy
Lead delivery of a Transfer Agency data product model
Act as Product Owner for Transfer Agency data products
Support and embed data governance and quality practices
Work closely with Technology teams through iterative delivery cycles
Enable improvements in TA operational transparency and efficiency
Support management of data related risks
Present updates and outcomes to senior stakeholders
Lead defined initiatives or workstreams
