So, join our digital assets team and feel like you’re part of something bigger. **About your team** As part of the Transfer Agency team, you will be responsible for the effective oversight of our Third-Party Administrators (“TPA”) who act as Transfer Agent for our funds. This includes overseeing all Transfer Agency related tasks outsourced to the TPA and interacting with key Fidelity stakeholders, such as Product Delivery, Distribution, Digital Assets and Client Servicing Teams. As a team, our objective is to deliver excellent client service to Fidelity clients and adhere to regulatory requirements at all times. This specific role will support the firm’s digital assets and tokenisation initiatives for Fidelity International. As Fidelity continues to expand its capabilities in this rapidly evolving space, you will play an important role in ensuring that our TPAs adhere to regulations, SLAs and KPIs. **About your role** Achieving this is dependent on the strength of our oversight model which is refined on an ongoing basis. We are looking for an individual who can innovate, constructively challenge data, ‘think outside the box’ with a strong focus on relationship building, analytical thinking and problem solving. You will be working with and supported by the existing team who will also help you further develop your skills and experience in oversight and Fidelity’s risk and control frameworks.
