What You'll Do.
and enter student academic records to determine admission eligibility using the Document Imaging Workflow System (DIWS) and the student information system.
Prepares admissions related documents for review.
Assists with the validation function for all paper college transcripts as well as partners with a transfer transcript analyst to share responsibilities in peak season.
Answers general office email
assists with walk-in traffic and telephone inquiries from prospective students
etc. regarding a variety of admissions-related issues.
Assist advisors/counselors with review of admissions applications.
Works cooperatively and jointly with Admissions Processing staff to improve operations
decrease turnaround times
streamline work processes
and provide quality customer service.
Handles special projects as assigned by supervisor.
