Certified Export Clearance Specialist, Dangerous Goods – Ground and Air, IATA/FIATA, Export Compliance Specialist, Customs Broker, Sales Certification, Transition and Implementation
What You'll Do.
Ensure smooth and timely shipment process flow
Ensure accurate and timely data entry
Track and trace shipments
Provide proactive and clear communication
Ensure accurate and timely client billing
Resolve billing disputes
Understand customer expectation
Ensure SOP and KPI are met
Ensure compliance to company policies
Ensure compliance to external regulations
Complete cross training to support team coverage
Professionally represent Expeditors
Review files and complete billing
Review invoices and send charges
Manage destination charges
Manage special billing procedures
Post financial transactions
Monitor accounting and billing reports
Ensure files are settled and closed out
auditable financial records
Ensure billing meets internal standards
Support audit readiness
Monitor service provider billing sheets
Escalate billing discrepancies
Escalate billing exceptions
Identify areas to improve efficiency
Embrace and adopt technology
Achieve standard of 52 hours training
Drive customer relationship
