Job Summary Reporting to a General Counsel, this role is responsible for supporting the business on a broad range of commercial and technology-focused legal matters, with a primary focus on drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements. The role will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to enable business objectives while managing legal and commercial risk. Responsibilities and Duties Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer, supplier, and partner contracts Provide legal support on technology-focused transactions, particularly within hardware and semiconductor-related contexts Advise internal stakeholders on contractual rights, obligations, and risk mitigation strategies Support negotiations of agreements governed by US law and international frameworks Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, procurement, finance, and engineering Contribute to the development and improvement of standard contract templates and processes Provide guidance on intellectual property and licensing considerations within commercial agreements Assist with open source software licensing matters where relevant Manage multiple transactions simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business prioriti
