In this role, you will manage transaction workflows end-to-end, including document compliance, commission processing, and agent support. You will serve as a key partner to agents, guiding them through systems, processes, and requirements while ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every stage of the transaction lifecycle. This role requires a strong understanding of compliance, financial accuracy, and internal systems, along with the ability to proactively identify issues and drive solutions.
