Full Job Description
**Your role & work environment** You are responsible for originating Payments and Cash Management business by generating new share of wallet with existing clients and acquiring new clients, while delivering on revenue targets within ING’s risk framework and appetite. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and colleagues, acting as a trusted advisor to clients, within a collaborative and client-focused environment. **Your key responsibilities** **Drive commercial growth and client profitability** * Generate new share of wallet with existing clients and acquire new clients * Deliver on specific revenue targets and client profitability within ING’s risk framework and appetite * Improve and maximize cross-buy of Cash Management solutions and other TS products **Manage client lifecycle and sales process** * Manage end-to-end the pre-lead, pitching and proposal process in collaboration with colleagues * Negotiate TS solutions and pricing agreements by balancing client expectations, cost of sales and cost of service within ING’s risk appetite * Act as a trusted advisor to clients and build strong relationships with key stakeholders **Ensure compliance and market positioning** * Operate in line with KYC guidelines and requirements * Contribute to credit approval processes including credit applications and risk management (financial and non-financial) * Attend client events to position ING’s value proposition and stay informed on key market trends **We look for** A colleague with a talent for taking it on and making it happen, enthusiasm for helping others to be successful and a knack for always being a step ahead.
