What They're Looking For.
Must Have
degree in Law, Business, or a related field, experience in corporate services, structured finance, or a similar client-facing environment, organisational, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills, ability to work under pressure, commercial awareness, attention to detail, structured, analytical mindset
Nice to Have
professional qualification (e.g. ICSA or legal qualification), experience or exposure to structured finance and aviation transactions, proficiency in MS Office and related systems
What You'll Do.
manage a portfolio of structured finance and aviation SPVs
transaction execution
client relationship management
act as transaction manager for a portfolio of SPVs across structured finance and aviation transactions
manage end-to-end transaction closing processes
reviewing documentation
coordinating with legal advisors and stakeholders
build and maintain relationships with clients and external parties
ensure all governance
and corporate secretarial obligations are met accurately and on time
drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies
and supporting enhancements to processes and controls
