We’re excited to offer this opportunity within SS&CS as we feel this is a rare specialist opportunity within Transaction Banking, offering end‑to‑end exposure to complex client segments, meaningful deal sizes and genuine influence within relationship teams, with the backing to compete strongly in market. Specifically, we are looking for a Transaction Banking Specialist to operate anywhere within Bathurst, Orange, Dubbo or Young regions in Central West and/or surrounding regional NSW. **Do work that matters** As the Transaction Banking Specialist, you will support Commercial and Regional Agribusiness Banking clients with expert guidance, fresh thinking and industry insights. You’ll identify opportunities across Cash Management, CommBiz, Merchant Solutions, BPAY, Direct Debit, Corporate Cards and Partnerships for clients with turnover above $3M, and up to $150M, working closely with stakeholders to deliver commercial, innovative and customer‑centric outcomes. **More specifically, you will:** * Drive new‑to‑bank growth and deepen existing relationships to enhance clients’ working capital and cash flow. * Build, manage and convert a high‑quality pipeline of transaction banking opportunities across varied client segments. * Apply deep product expertise to create innovative, customer‑focused transaction banking solutions. * Collaborate with relationship teams to uncover opportunities, improve portfolio performance and advance key initiatives. * Uplift capab
