What You'll Achieve.
Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures; Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and to the required quality standards; Ensure that they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver on project objectives; Ensure that projects are delivered within the agreed budget; Ensure that proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget; Ensure that risk, assumptions, issues and dependencies are identified, assessed, and mitigated as necessary; Ensure that change projects are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation; Deliver on work that impacts the whole business function; Set objectives and coach employees in pursuit of those objectives, appraisal of performance relative to objectives and determination of reward outcomes; Create an environment for colleagues to thrive and deliver to a consistently excellent standard; Guide team members through structured assignments; Identify new directions for assignments and/ or projects, identifying a combination of cross functional methodologies or practices to meet required outcomes; Support the resolution of escalated issues; Mitigate risk and developing new policies/procedures in support of the control and governance agenda; Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work done; Contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the organisation sub-function; Keep up to speed with business activity and the business strategy; Solve problems creatively and effectively; Achieve outcomes; Define target operating models for new and enhanced products and services; Support business requirements definition, new/updated process development, and user acceptance testing execution

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience with driving end-to-end project delivery, from ideation and planning through execution
Nice to Have
Transaction banking experience, with an understanding of the product development life cycle, business readiness, and end-to-end business process mapping is preferred, Relevant certifications such as Agile, CAPM, PMP are advantageous
What You'll Do.
Manage change projects within the organisation

Manage project budgets

Facilitate change management activities
including training and communication
to ensure that change projects are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation
Bring change delivery knowledge with product ownership
Develop and own key products across Cash Management and Trade
Play a critical role in shaping the future of our transaction banking offerings by bringing innovative products to market
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Communication with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners, to ensure that they are informed about project progress and that their needs and expectations are being met; Collaborate closely with other functions/ business divisions; Lead a team performing complex tasks; If the position has leadership responsibilities, People Leaders are expected to demonstrate a clear set of leadership behaviours to create an environment for colleagues to thrive and deliver to a consistently excellent standard; For an individual contributor, they will lead collaborative assignments and guide team members through structured assignments, identify the need for the inclusion of other areas of specialisation to complete assignments; Consult on complex providing advice to People Leaders to support the resolution of escalated issues; Perform work that is closely related to that of other areas, which requires understanding of how areas coordinate and contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the organisation sub-function; Collaborate with other areas of work, for business aligned support areas to keep up to speed with business activity and the business strategy; Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources of information, internal and external sources such as procedures and practises (in other areas, teams, companies, etc). to solve problems creatively and effectively; Influence or convince stakeholders to achieve outcomes; Manage stakeholder expectations through clear project reporting, RAID management, and action closure
