The Global Client Executive is a pivotal, senior-level role responsible for managing and growing our most important top-tier corporate client relationships. You will serve as the primary interface for a dedicated client portfolio, acting as their advocate within Citi and a trusted strategic advisor. Your mission is to drive revenue growth and retention by ensuring an unparalleled client experience, fostering deep partnerships with key decision-makers, and strategically aligning Citi’s products and services with their business objectives. **Detailed Responsibilities:** **Client Relationship Management:** Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting partnerships with key client executives and decision-makers, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor for their treasury and financial needs. **Strategic Revenue Growth:** Take commercial ownership of your client portfolio. Identify and pursue opportunities for strategic growth, including cross-selling and up-selling of Treasury and Trade Solutions, to meet and exceed revenue targets. **Data-Driven Strategic Insight:** Leverage client feedback, performance data, and market trend analysis to provide strategic insights that enhance client satisfaction, inform investment decisions, and foster measurable business growth. **Executive-Level Client Advocacy:** Champion client needs within the organization. Collaborate seamlessly with internal partners across Sales, Product, Operations, and Service to resolve complex issues promptly and ensure superior client outcomes. **Strategic Account Planning:** Lead proactive relationship reviews with key clients to understand their strategic objectives.
