Full Job Description
If you are a supply chain professional with a passion to innovate and contribute in a fast paced growing environment, you might be a good fit to join Amazon.com Supply chain team. This role involves big data handling and cross functional communication. The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning and written/verbal communication skills along with preferred experience in managing transportation function in retail domain. Key job responsibilities Support the intra-day management of transportation capacities. This will mean you will be monitoring multiple dashboards and receiving multiple change requests from partner teams within a day. You will be expected to deploy the requested changes within the set SLA with high degree of accuracy. Therefore, you will be required to maintain a high bar on attention to detail, ensuring that all requested changes are accurately and fully completed. You are expected to be flexible to work in different shift structures and your schedule can include Night Shifts and Weekends. Basic Qualifications: - 2+ years of data analytics or automation experience - Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL - Bachelor's degree - Experience analyzing metrics to implement business improvements Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field, or a MBA and experience in Excel (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups) - Experience effectively gathering information from multiple data sources Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
