It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities. # Job Description **Responsibilities:** * Assure all manufacturing employees of the designated areas are properly trained by conducting and/or coordinating manufacturing procedures or policies training. * Document performed work following established procedures. * Comply with cGMP, quality standards and policies and/or established procedures * Support supervisors in the training/certification requirement compliance. * Support the development of training matrices by job positions as required. * Verify that the operators from their area have their training/certification for the operation they are executing. * Maintains the Training requirements up to date in the Training Management System. * Identifies and evaluates training program. * Any other tasks assigned by supervisor. **Education and Experience:** * High School degree or has equivalent experience. * Two (2) to four (4) years of work-related experience in a manufacturing environment. * Familiarization with all aspects of applicable manufacturing areas. **Basic Knowledge and Skills:** * Effective Oral/written Communication in English and Spanish * Computer Skills / Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).– Proficient * General knowledge of QSR and ISO regulations and standards. * Ability to read and learn to interpret, apply and explain rules, regulations, policies and procedures. * Has basic knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in a job family or skill. * Applies knowledge and skills to complete own work.
