What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Airline Transport Pilot license or foreign equivalent
Nice to Have
10+ years of higher education and/or related work experience, 5+ years of experience as a Captain or First Officer on Boeing airplanes or as an instructor, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, Experience developing flight training courseware for 737, 777, or 787 operations, Background as an instructor pilot or examiner, Experience collaborating with Instructional Systems Designers to create effective training materials, Familiarity with Evidence-Based Training or Competency-Based Training and Assessment, attention to detail, project management skills

Assess and improve flight training courseware
Define training requirements
Develop training proposals
Analyze training effectiveness
Inform courseware revisions
Test curricula in flight simulator devices
Keep training content aligned with regulations
Analyze and enhance flight training courseware
Reconcile feedback and improve training materials
Research and evaluate training delivery methods
Validate technical accuracy of flight training courseware
