1+ year(s) experience supporting administration of learning management system, 1+ year(s) experience supporting, developing, and/or delivering training, 1+ year(s) experience working in a manufacturing environment, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP SuccessFactors/C2C Learning Management System experience, Knowledge of BD Quality Systems, Ability to analyze data for reporting purposes, Ability to manage competing priorities, Meet deadlines, Customer service focus, High School diploma required, Regular, punctual attendance

Nice to Have

Associate’s degree in business administration, education, or relevant field, SuccessFactors learning management system (C2C) system administrator preferred

What You'll Do.

Manage electronic systems for plant training program

Manage Compliance to Capability (C2C) learning management system

Administer C2C learning management system

Maintain C2C learning management system

Ensure all necessary training is captured in C2C

Coordinate site's reporting and visibility to training compliance

Support Training Specialist with C2C assignments

Support Training Specialist with C2C tracking

Coordinate training initiatives

Communicate training initiatives

Document training initiatives

Interface with all levels of the organization

Ensure compliance with BD quality systems

Ensure compliance with BD policies

Ensure compliance with BD procedures

Ensure compliance with BD best practices

Ensure compliance with local safety regulations

Ensure compliance with state safety regulations

Ensure compliance with federal safety regulations

Ensure compliance with BD safety policies

Ensure compliance with BD safety procedures

Support Training Department in coordinating training requirements

Support Training Department in documenting training requirements

Support Training Department in updating training requirements

Ensure integrity of C2C learning management systems architecture

Ensure integrity of C2C learning management systems process

Ensure integrity of C2C learning management systems content

Ensure integrity of C2C learning management systems delivery

Act as first line of support for C2C

Maintain required training record retention systems

Partner with Training Manager on training items

Partner with Training Specialists on training items

Partner with Shift Production Leaders on training items

Partner with other training staff on training items

Ensure training items are accurately reflected in C2C

Ensure curriculum is accurately reflected in C2C

Support design of training programs in C2C

Support delivery of training programs in C2C

Support processes to ensure training effectiveness

Support processes to ensure training improvement

Support Training Manager to meet auditing requirements

Work with Human Resources to lead New Hire

Provide C2C compliance metrics to leadership

Assist with efforts to minimize past due training

Manage annual curriculum review process

Represent Sumter plant in corporate C2C forums

Support corporate C2C initiatives

Work flexible hours to support training needs

Balance priorities and workload without supervision

Maintain training records and documentation systems

Comply with regulatory standards

Comply with quality system standards

Comply with company standards

Maintain training knowledge management SharePoint Site

Maintain other training system resources

Monitor training shared mailbox

Manage training shared mailbox

Support needs of the business
