Supervises operations trainers within a manufacturing environment. University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 6 Years suggested minimum experience. **How you will do it:** * Optimizing a training calendar based on coordination with recruiting * Leverage centrally derived training assets to deliver on-site training programs. * Administer, manage and facilitate front-line training for new and existing employees. * Schedule onsite training activities, update training calendar accordingly. * Optimize scheduling of training programs to deliver continuous efficiencies. * Provide feedback to One Learning or Alchemy (central) organization to tailor training programs as necessary * Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness in conjunction with Ops leaders. * Add or make changes to training based on stakeholder feedback * Own train-t
