Job summary Training Specialist Job Description (On-Site) At Amazon, our mission is to be the most customer-centric company on earth. To get there, we need self driven people. Amazon Last Mile learning team is seeking training specialist to support operations trainings to last mile vertical. Overall responsibility include boosting the competencies of our employees by developing and conducting effective training programs. The person will indirectly help enhance the employee’s workplace performance in conjunction with the company’s core values to meet the goal of organization. This role requires to travel for business requirements. Trainer Best Behavior 1- Own business goals and intervene by identifying knowledge gaps to be filled. 2- Proactively recommend ways and support the mapped AMZL and EDSP stations towards meeting business goals. 3- Proactively track mapped stations performance and pre-announce training interventions. 4- Must be approachable and exhibit the best behavior while at work. 5- Always be up to date with the latest techniques, tools, and processes. 6- Own to support territory specific or zonal projects. 7- Drive in quality & learning related metrics 8- Hold a strong hand in excel, PPT, AI tool content making, Email writing 9- Build strong connect with stakeholders and support in shaping business by proactively offering visibility on recurring outliers. 10- Keeping business and stakeholders updated about all the training interventions.
