You will partner with leadership to support strategic initiatives, enhance employee performance, and drive continuous improvement across the organization. **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Identify organizational training needs through collaboration with leadership and functional teams * Assess skill gaps and define critical competencies for managerial, supervisory, and staff roles * Design, develop, and implement engaging training programs, including instructor-led and e-learning modules * Deliver effective classroom and virtual training sessions using adult learning principles * Develop and maintain a core curriculum for supervisory and leadership development * Partner with leaders to co-facilitate training and embed learning into business practices * Create evaluation tools (assessments, surveys, performance metrics) to measure training effectiveness * Provide coaching and follow-up support to reinforce learning and ensure application on the job * Build and implement leadership development programs to grow internal talent pipelines * Develop learning objectives, lesson plans, facilitator guides, and supporting materials * Research and incorporate external training resources and best practices * Support organizational development initiatives, inc
