Full Job Description
Training Specialist Full-Time | $18–$21/hour (DOE) At Pathways for Life, great training drives great care. We’re looking for a dynamic, engaging Training Specialist who can turn complex requirements into clear, practical learning experiences that prepare our caregivers and teams for success. What You’ll Do Deliver engaging in-person and virtual trainings for caregivers and staff. Ensure all caregivers are trained, confident, and compliant with their training requirements. Build and maintain standardized training materials, SOP’s, and job aids. Track completion, competency, and training needs across locations. Identify gaps in training to proactively improve programs. Reinforce key areas like EVV compliance, documentation standards, and service standards. What We’re Looking For 2+ years in training, onboarding, or staff development (healthcare preferred) Experience leading group trainings or facilitation 1:1 sessions. Strong communication skills with the ability to teach, engage, and adapt to your audience. Organized and able to manage multiple training schedules, training courses, and priorities. Comfortable working across teams and all Pathways for Life valley Must have or be able to obtain DDD Trainer Certifications for Article 9, CPR/First Aid, Abuse & Neglect, PBS, and PROUD. Experience with DDD, ALTCS or regulatory environments preferred. Must have a valid AZ Drivers License, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and maintain vehicle insurance. Schedule & Work Environment Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible) Fast-paced, people-facing role with real influence and impact Local travel required to support multiple locations Why Join Pathways?
