Develop training opportunities across markets
Lead customer discovery and needs assessments
Develop proposals and statements of work
Establish pricing strategies and program structures
Manage opportunities through procurement processes
Build and manage program budgets
Maintain accountability for program profitability
Make financial decisions to meet goals
Provide forecasting and reporting to leadership
and manage instructors
Make decisions on instructor utilization
Ensure instructors are prepared and equipped
Maintain communication with instructor cadre
Oversee curriculum development and updates
Make decisions on curriculum adjustments
Ensure alignment with applicable standards
Drive continuous improvement of content
Own scheduling and coordination of training programs
Make decisions regarding staffing and resource allocation
Provide instructors with clear expectations
Serve as primary decision-maker for execution
Ensure completion and quality of documentation
Establish and maintain documentation standards
Ensure compliance with internal processes
and logistical requirements
Coordinate with internal teams
Make decisions regarding training assets
Make decisions to ensure contract alignment
Support contract modifications and close-out
Collaborate with Sales
Provide leadership with updates
