What You'll Do.
Serve as a point of contact for training
Respond to inquiries with professionalism
Maintain and update Kyriba Elevate platforms
Update associated web properties
Manage the Kyriba Elevate group email
Manage partner training subscription program
Create informational content for internal departments
Equip cross-functional teams with resources
Coordinate and support training webinars
Manage content preparation for webinars
Manage logistics for webinars
Manage follow-up communications for webinars
Issue and communicate training vouchers
Conduct proctoring reviews
Manage exam assignments
Manage Elevate Data for KPIs and reporting
Upload assessment scores to the LMS
Manage communications with training registrants
Handle monthly training billing
Create Salesforce opportunities for billing
Act as liaison to billing team
Administer key team tools
Handle access management tasks
Handle password reset requests
Handle user provisioning
