You will work closely with leaders and employees to build workforce capability, drive compliance, and contribute to a strong learning and safety culture at HVO. **About the Role** The Training Officer delivers and supports training and competency programs across site, ensuring compliance with industry standards, site requirements, and safety expectations. * Positively contribute to a collaborative Health, Safety and Training team environment. * Facilitate and deliver training programs in accordance with site standards, procedures, and safety systems. * Maintain and support accurate training records and documentation within the site's learning management systems. * Review and update training materials, assessments, and learning resources to ensure ongoing validity, compliance, and currency. * Monitor training compliance through reporting systems and proactively identify and coordinate training requirements. * Work closely with the Training Coordinator, Superintendents, Supervisors, and operation
