Eligibility Requirements

Ability to obtain and maintain a U. S. government issued security clearance, U. S. citizenship is required, DoD Clearance: Secret, Active and existing security clearance required after day 1, Travel is expected to be 30%, this will be domestic travel, Candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote.

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience, Experience with system radar, Experience creating/editing written technical documentation in a military and/or civilian environment, Ability to obtain and maintain a U. S. government issued security clearance, U. S. citizenship is required

Nice to Have

Experience with other active electronically scanned arrays or radar / sensor systems, Understanding and application of Instructional Design concepts in blended learning principles, Experience with Microsoft Office, Publisher, HTML, Dreamweaver, and eLearning software, Understanding and application of Graphic / Visual Design concepts

What You'll Do.

Designing and developing high-quality training courses

Delivering on-site training

Enhancing graphical illustrations and technical documentation

Create high-quality documentation that meets user needs and customer standards

and proof-read procedural and technical information

Apply SME knowledge and expertise to the review

and sustainment of training courseware

Organize material and complete writing assignments according to set standards

Maintain records and files of work including revisions

Deliver technical product training to key stakeholders

Maintain project timelines for training and documentation deliverables

Coordinate with task lead to ensure that milestones are met

and risks are managed

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate with engineering teams; Collaborate with the Strategic Extended Threat Shield (SETS) Radar team, course developers, and instructors

Communication Scope

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional presentation capabilities

Process & Methodology

Maintain project timelines, Coordinate with task lead to ensure that milestones are met, Manage risks
