Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years prior experience in mission operations training, instructional development, or operational qualification programs, 5+ years supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or national-level government programs, Demonstrated experience developing and managing Job Qualification Standards (JQS), Mission Qualification Training (MQT), Training governance frameworks, An active and in-scope TS/SCI CI Poly U. S. government issued security clearance, U. S. citizenship
Nice to Have
Experience leading training transformation initiatives for large-scale mission programs, Background in 24/7 operational environments, Experience coordinating across government, military, and multi-contractor teams, Proven ability to brief senior government stakeholders, Experience developing technical reporting standards or operational doctrine
