This is a senior leadership role supporting the national implementation of the Tracking Cube , a key CHESS research initiative. The Training Manager is responsible for designing, leading, and continuously improving a scalable, system-wide training approach that supports implementation across diverse settings. The role translates the complexity of the Tracking Cube into clear, practical, and structured learning pathways for a multidisciplinary workforce. Working closely with clinical, research, digital, and implementation teams, the Training Manager ensures training is integrated, high-quality, and aligned with evolving practice. This role goes beyond delivery to establish a cohesive, sustainable training model that enables effective adoption and long-term impact.
