Must Have

Minimum Cert IV in Training and Assessment, Proficiency in database software or Learning Management systems, Written ability and able to confidently communicate with a broad range of stakeholders

Nice to Have

Training Manager or L&D role experience in manufacturing or similar operational beverage manufacturing

What You'll Do.

Lead development and delivery of integrated training strategy

Develop and maintain Training Needs Analyses

Develop and maintain training matrices

Develop and maintain training plans

Develop and maintain supporting training and learning management

procedures and frameworks

Support Endeavour Group learning and development initiatives

Chair the Training Steering Committee

Align training programs to meet operational needs

Develop and embed training tools consistently

Ensure training compliance is achieved

Support accreditations including Safety

Sustainability and Environment

Develop robust reporting frameworks to monitor compliance

Provide regular dashboards to leadership on accreditation status

Ensure all training content and methods remain current

Own a Training record keeping system

Design and delivery of L&D initiatives

Design and delivery of programs of work

Support promotion and uptake of Endeavour Group training

Migrate workshop-based content to blended learning

Migrate workshop-based content to e-learning modules

Evaluate organisational performance to ensure training meets business

We are proud to be part of the Endeavour Group – Australia's leading retail drinks and hospitality business united around the common purpose of ‘creating a more sociable future together. * Create, innovate & leave your mark * Lead the development and delivery of an integrated training strategy * 12 month fixed term contract - Barossa Valley based As the Training Manager , you will lead the development and delivery of an integrated training strategy in our operational areas across Winery, Bottling and Hospitality sites within Pinnacle Drinks. You will collaboratively develop and ensure maintenance of a range of tools including Training Needs Analyses (TNA’s), training matrices, training plans and supporting training and learning management systems. Drawing on your expertise, you’ll be delivering policies, procedures and frameworks for Pinnacle Drinks operations, while also supporting and promoting broader Endeavour Group learning and development initiatives.
