You will collaboratively develop and ensure maintenance of a range of tools including Training Needs Analyses (TNA’s), training matrices, training plans and supporting training and learning management systems. Drawing on your expertise, you’ll be delivering policies, procedures and frameworks for Pinnacle Drinks operations, while also supporting and promoting broader Endeavour Group learning and development initiatives.
