How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work with the Training Superintendent to drive a culture of community and positivity; Develop and maintain working relationships with Production Supervisors and Shift Managers; Communicate KPI targets to new and existing associates effectively; Support other departments’ new hires through their LMS training; Support in retraining other departments based on one-page lessons or SOPs; Conduct knowledge checks as needed; Communicate with site leaders on compliance training status

This role follows a 1st shift schedule, working from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with designated days off on Wednesday and Thursday. The Training Lead is responsible for supporting training activities for hourly new hires across departments, ensuring that they are adequately aware of the ops team and the overall processes, and that all new hourly hires complete their initial online training on the lms. They need to have a focused approach on training hourly production new hires and ensure that they are trained on all production processes and that they understand expectations on human safety, food safety and general behaviors. Training leads are also responsible for ensuring that online refresher training is completed as assigned for the hourly teams (associates and leads).
