## Accountabilities In this role, you will be responsible for designing, standardizing, and scaling training systems that ensure consistent quality across multiple countries. You will translate strategic program goals into practical learning tools while supporting trainers and strengthening overall delivery capability across regions. Design and develop modular, scalable training curricula aligned with global program objectives and local implementation needs. Transform complex technical and behavioral content into clear, engaging, and culturally adaptable learning materials. Build digital-first learning assets using mobile-friendly tools, LMS platforms, and interactive formats. Provide mentorship, guidance, and capacity building support to a network of country-level trainers. Ensure consistent training delivery quality through structured frameworks, standards, and best practices. Develop evaluation systems to measure training effectiveness, learner readiness, and real-world application. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve training content and delivery approaches. Requirements You bring strong experience in instructional design and curriculum development, ideally within development or NGO environments. You are comfortable working across diverse cultural and operational contexts and understand how to design training for low-resource settings while maintaining clarity and impact. 3–5+ years of experience in training, curriculum design, or instructional development with original content creation. Strong background in NGO, development, or social impact environments, especially in low-resource settings. Experience designing training for diverse learner groups, including frontline workers and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with digital learning tools such as LMS platforms and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise or similar).
