Eligibility Requirements

Occasional weekend support, daytime or overnight travel may be required, Weekly onsite presence may be required, occasional travel to other locations within the state, weekend support to support Epic implementation or major upgrades

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Associate's Degree or equivalent, 3 years of relevant experience, CRT-EPIC Credentialed Trainer - Informatics within 180 days after hire

Nice to Have

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

What You'll Do.

develop multi-media training solutions with a primary focus on Epic and other Health Systems

partner with training team members

subject matter experts

and customers to develop audience-specific training

including traditional and computer-based curriculum materials

organize and report on virtual and classroom training registration and completion

serve as team learning management system administrator

plan and develop course or training program content

and presentations for appropriate area

evaluate the effectiveness of training and makes modifications to course materials

maintain orientation/in-service records

ensure that processes and services are continuously monitored for quality

engage in process and quality improvement activities

make and implement recommendations to improve operational efficiency and to implement new services for areas of responsibility
