Reporting to the VP, Operations Training and Continuous Improvement, this position requires strong organizational skills, training expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with leaders across the facility. You will work closely with management, supervisors, and floor leads to identify training needs, evaluate employee progress, and ensure team members receive the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed. This is a full-time, onsite role located in **Kansas City, MO**.
