6+ years of related experience, Active State of Tennessee Pharmacy Technician License, 1–5 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or equivalent operational experience, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), written and verbal communication skills, Ability to work independently and make sound, day-to-day decisions
Nice to Have
Prior experience delivering training or onboarding in a warehouse, distribution, or pharmacy environment, Experience creating or updating SOPs, job aids, or training documentation, Coaching or mentoring experience in a production or operations setting, facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

This position serves as a subject matter expert (SME) and hands-on facilitator—ensuring employees are trained consistently, safely, and in compliance with operational, quality, and regulatory standards. You will partner closely with site leadership, quality, and operations teams to deliver engaging training programs, support cross‑training initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across the site. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, coaching, and influencing performance in a fast-paced operations setting.
