Training Coordinator * Coordinate property management training programs covering engineering, soft services, fire & life safety, BSC, audits, SOPs, and operational guidelines * Work closely with L&D, property management, and technical teams to identify training needs and develop training plans * Manage the property management training calendar and communicate schedules to site teams and stakeholders * Arrange internal and external trainers, venues, site-based sessions, and training materials * Track attendance, certifications, and mandatory training completion * Collect and consolidate training feedback to support continuous improvement * Support compliance, audit readiness, and operational excellence through structured training initiatives * Maintain accurate training records, reports, and documentation for audits and reviews * Experience in Learning & Development within property or facilities management environments * Understanding of engineering operations, soft services, fire & life safety, and compliance-driven training * Familiarity with SOPs, audits, BSC, and operational guidelines * Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills **Location:** On-site –Gurugram, HR **Scheduled Weekly Hours:** 48 If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
