The world can’t wait. **You Have:** * Experience in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and training techniques * Knowledge of Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) reporting, geospatial tools, and operational dashboard utilization training for partner nations * Knowledge of geospatial analytical tools such as ESRI ArcGIS to oversee training in geospatial analysis and visualization * Knowledge of incorporating real-world scenarios into training programs and adapting content to evolving needs * TS/SCI clearance * Bachelor’s degree in an Education, Instructional Design, or Intelligence Studies field, or 5+ years of experience in training and curriculum development in lieu of a degree **Nice If You Have:** * Experience working with international partners, interagency collaboration, a
