Must Have
Effective communication and presentation skills, Ability to utilize technology to design, update, create and implement virtual, in-person and on-demand training materials, Proficient in Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Experience with creating and editing video content

Where You Will Work: Our Corporate Headquarters is located at the top floors in the heart of the Denver Tech center. The Field Operations Training Specialist supports AIR Communities by curating, designing, and developing a variety of programs to support training initiatives across the organization. The specialist reports to the Field Operations Support Manager and works closely with both the field operations team and business leaders to ensure all training is consistent with company standards. This person creates innovative, customized training content for all team member programs, assists with facilitation when needed and supports the entire team with content creation that appeals to adult learners.
