Must Have
maintain full compliance with TCI and TCE qualification requirements through the structured management of mandatory recurrent training and quality assurance oversight, ensuring that all certifications and records meet applicable regulatory standards, Plan TCI/TCE biannual and annual training schedules in coordination with fleet schedulers, based on each instructor’s base month, Implement TCI Initial and Requalification training in accordance with fleet schedulers’ plans, ensuring mutual confirmation of course assignments and schedules, Manage scheduling for the Initial and Recurrent qualification checks for KMLIT-designated examiners, Communicate training schedules to instructors and provide timely updates on any changes, Manage and monitor the execution of individual instructors’ training schedules, Oversee and maintain instructors’ training records in compliance with MLIT standards, ATO requirements, and company policy, Coordinate Visa and Alien Registration processes for all foreign independent contractors in compliance with Korean Immigration Office requirements, Coordinate with schedulers regarding instructor training requirement and scheduling matters, Support the preparation of training-related reports and documentation, as required, Contribute to the monitoring and improvement of training quality standards and internal procedures, Support administrative tasks for instructor qualification management, including data entry, record verification, and document control, Support audits, inspections, and evaluations related to instructor training qualification management, Accurately manage training schedules, records, and reports, Coordinate biannual and annual training schedules across multiple instructors’ calendars, Organizing, maintaining, and tracking documentation efficiently, Review records and training quality data to identify issues and suggest improvements, Take ownership of maintaining compliance and certification requirements, Comprehensive knowledge of the aviation industry and international training standards, strict adherence to aviation regulations and safety protocols, Clearly convey schedules, updates, and information to instructors and fleet schedulers, Work closely with colleagues to coordinate and support training operations, Respond quickly to changes in schedules, regulations, or training requirements, awareness of any potential compliance risks, commitment to act with integrity
