Full Job Description

Drive Training at one of the fastest-growing companies in the US Fresh Prints is a New York based custom apparel start-up. We find incredible students and give them training and support to build the business at their schools. We refer to these student entrepreneurs as Campus Managers. We have 500+ Campus Managers who will do over $20 million in sales over the next 12 months. Your job is to help train those students and drive sales. You’ll be working on a small team with hundreds of collegiate entrepreneurs and a full-time team. You will assist in the onboarding process specifically by providing support, answering questions, and keeping them on schedule. Your work and the skills we teach them in training will directly impact the future success of our students and business. This is a role on our Growth Team where recruiting, hiring, and training new Campus Managers is the key to future revenue at Fresh Prints. As Fresh Prints grows, you will too. With time, the right person will be given the space and guidance to have a tremendous impact on the company's future. We'd prefer you have at least 1.5 years of work experience.
