What They're Looking For.
Must Have
background in training, organization development, or instructional design, advanced knowledge of e-learning development and web conferencing tools, understand adult education theories, ADDIE model and relation instructional design concepts, flexible work style, previously conducted assessments to identify skill gaps, training needs, cultural resistance, etc., designed custom training and organization development solutions, delivered trainings in person and online, accountable for your work and dedicated to a job well done, expertise and professionalism to interact and develop relationships with any level of an organization, excellent presentation and communications skills, willing to travel, knowledge of Microsoft Office and Cisco WebEx, E-learning development tools like Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia and other related tools

What You'll Do.
developing and delivering dynamic and informative training for our clients
conducting assessments to determine training needs
strategic design of comprehensive training solutions to meet client’s needs
aligning technologies and processes/workflows
designing and developing training content for Burwood’s clients
providing supervision and guidance on training project implementation to the Training Lead
