What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience with instructor-led and computer-based training development and delivery methods, 5+ years of experience with instructional design methodologies or teaching, Experience demonstrating operational expertise in a Navy or joint military environment, TS/SCI clearance, Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Systems Design (ISD)
Nice to Have
Experience in instructional design, military training development, Experience with the NTSP, JDTA, and PADDIE+M processes, Experience evaluating training deliverables such as CDRLs and DIDs to ensure strict compliance with military standards, Knowledge of Electronic Warfare, Cryptologic Systems, and Information Warfare operations, Knowledge of OPNAVINST 1500. 76E and NAVEDTRA M-142, Ability to understand and interpret complex technical documentation to develop effective training for advanced systems, Navy Master Training Specialist (MTS) or Navy Journeyman Instructor Navy Enlisted Classification (NEC) 805A Certification

Develop training solutions for ICADS Family of Systems
Ensure training materials align with prototyping schedules
Guarantee compliance with Navy Training Process
Bridge gap between system acquisition and Fleet readiness
Orchestrate Initial and Interim training phases
Ensure seamless transition of training capability
and verify training materials
Analyze JDTAs to define training requirements
Lead MTRP process to architect training baseline
Serve as SME for EW and Cryptologic training
Manage readiness risks prior to IOC
Plan and execute Fleet Introductory Training
Support implementation of policies for Information Warfare
Coordinate PMT Advisory Board
Drive program toward RFT milestone
