****Job Description:**** ****1\. Training Administration & Scheduling**** * **Course Scheduling: Plan and coordinate the complete training calendar, including ground school, simulator sessions (FSTDs - Full Flight Simulators), and aircraft training slots.** * **Resource Management: Schedule and assign qualified instructors (SFIs/TRIs) for training events, ensuring no conflicts and adherence to duty time limitations.** * **Rostering: Manage and publish rosters for trainees and instructors, handling any last-minute changes or requests effectively.** * **Logistics: Arrange all training logistics, including booking classrooms, simulator bays, and necessary training materials. For international trainees, this may also include coordinating travel, accommodation, and visa support.** ****2\. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation**** * **Record Keeping: Create, manage, and maintain all trainee records in the company 's Training Management System (TMS). This includes logging attendance, training progress, assessment results, and flight hours.** * **Compliance Checks: Ensure all trainees meet the course prerequisites (e.g., valid medical, licenses, previous qualifications) before commencement.** * **Audit Support: Prepare and maintain all documentation for internal quality audits and external audits by the DGCA & EASA** * **Certification: Prepare and issue course completion certificates, type rating qualifications, and other official documentation to trainees upon successful completion of their programs.** ****3\. Stakeholder & Customer Coordination**** * **Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main liaison for trainees, answering inquiries regarding schedules, course requirements, and administrative procedures.** * **Instructor Support: Provide administrative support to the instructional team, ensuring they have the necessary materials, rosters, and trainee information for each session.** * **Internal Liaison: Coordinate closely with other departments, such as FSTD operation
