Must Have
1 year of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Coaching, or related role, Experience facilitating training sessions in a BPO, shared services, or similar environment, Amenable to work on a predominantly dayshift schedule
What You'll Do.
Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions
Facilitate engaging classroom and virtual training programs
Support upskilling initiatives
Identify learning gaps
Provide coaching or training recommendations
Assist in creating training materials
Assist in updating training materials
Monitor trainee progress
Provide feedback to support performance improvement
Conduct post-training assessments
Track training effectiveness
Ensure training documentation is updated
Ensure training materials are updated
Align training documentation with operational requirements
Work closely with Operations teams
Work closely with QA teams
Work closely with HR teams
Support business goals
Support employee development
Participate in calibration sessions
Participate in team meetings
